By booking with Barford Top this automatically means you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set out below:-
We would like everyone to enjoy their stay at Barford Top and therefore ask if you would please;-
Be considerate to others using the site
Bookings are nominative and not transferable.
Units are allocated on arrival.
You must follow the management's directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.
Your dog must be kept on a leash and supervised AT ALL TIMES. Please exercise them either on the designated dog walking area or on the nearby bridleways and footpaths. (Any fouling at all on the site is to be cleared up)
Please be respectful, not everyone likes dogs.
Do not leave barbecues unattended and do not place them directly on the grass, bricks are available near reception.
Keep the site tidy at all times and dispose of any rubbish in the appropriate bins.
Quiet hours must be respected between 11pm and 7am.
Radios. music and tvs must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
Arrival is from 1.30pm - 7pm at the latest (unless previously agreed)
Please vacate pitches by 11.30am on the day of departure.
(There is an option to remain on your pitch until 5.00pm for an additional £5.00 if no-one is waiting for the pitch.)
Late arrivals must notify Barford Top as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours.
After this period we reserve the right to relet your unit.
No refunds are due within 1 week of arrival date.
Bookings cannot be amended within 21 day(s) of arrival.
Modifications are subject to a £15.00 fee.
No refunds/discounts are due for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departure
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book. You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away
Please note that your deposit is non-refundable.
Commercial vehicles are not accepted on the site.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask campers to leave the site if we feel it is appropriate)
